DVD Cabinet
This cabinet was made for clients who live in a converted school. The room is furnished in an eclectic conteporary style. They wanted a piece that would "tidy" their DVD collection and also provide a horizontal surface for the display of object d'art.
The cabinet is 2.6 mtres long. Construction is in solid American walnut, except for the curved end panels, which are laminated and veneered. There are glass doors elsewhere in the room so 4mm sandblasted glass was used for the doors, which have nickel silver hinges and push handles.
