The Greenhow Kitchen

This kitchen was made in association with WoodB, now Designer Makers Ltd, for a customer in Greenhow, a village near to our workshop. It includes our regular features of hand cut dovetails to the solid oak drawers,a solid wide board wooden worktop, oak veneered cabinet interiors with an oiled finish and a fine hand painted finish to the exterior.

The island unit/breakfast bar is topped with a satin black honed nero assoluto ganite worktop, while the sink worktop is in solid 32mm iroko. The draining section is grooved and sloped to facilitate drainage. The majority of the under counter storage is in drawers of varying depth, some capable of holding very large saucepans.

A copious housekeepers wardrobe houses a coffee maker, microwave and storage baskets. The tall doors either side of the coffee maker conceal pull out storage units suitable for storing groceries.

Needless to say this kitchen also features our standard attention to detail and impeccable workmanship.

  • The Greenhow painted kitchen - This spacious kitchen has a generous allocation of drawers all featuring or standard hand cut dovetails. The solid wood worktop has sloping flutes in the draining area.
  • Greenhow Painted kitchen - The housekeepers wardrobe houses a coffee maker, microwave and pull out storage units. All with a Farrow and Ball hand painted finish.
  • Greenhow painted kitchen - wine storage and drawers, the drawers feature our standard solid oak drawer linings with hand cut dovetails.
